All of the furniture, linens and amenities are brand new!  We are at the base of the mtn and it is ski in/out -- perfect spot for a season with limited indoor access at the base lodge.  

The unit is on the 2nd floor with amazing valley views! The building has an outdoor heated pool open all season and 2 hot tubs on a heated patio. There is a gym, ski locker room and a 4,000 sq ft club room.  

Pets are not allowed.

The building is at the base of mountain. You leave our unit, head to locker room in lobby, get dressed, step outside and put on skis... and then take magic carpet up to the mountain!  

The unit is appointed with the finest appliances and amenities with 4 full bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. 

It is the ideal set up for 2-3 families because 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite private bathrooms.  We will share the nest code before arrival for easy button access.  

We are at the base of Windham Mountain which is the nicest ski resort in the Catskills. The town is picturesque and so much to do all year round -- skiing, hiking, swimming, biking, fishing and so much more!  You will need a car.
